"Art 4 All: I AM: Identity. Stories. Connections." Exhibition

I’m excited and honored to have my self-portrait, “Self Reflection,” selected into the juried exhibition, "Art 4 All: I Am: Identity. Stories. Connections." Exhibition at Waterworks Visual Arts Center in Salisbury, NC.

While I was unable to make the Artist Reception for this event (it happened to be the same date and time as Festival in the Park in Charlotte, NC), I did have a chance to stop by the exhibition recently. I was blown away by the space, presentation, and impressive array of talent from my fellow artists.

This beautifully curated exhibition is visually arresting and emotionally powerful. Each artist delves so deeply into their sense and understanding of identity, story, and connection. Walking around the show, I was mesmerized by each masterfully crafted visual narrative. The level and abundance of sheer talent in this exhibition makes me all the more proud to have a work so meaningful to me - my self-portrait “Self Reflections” - displayed among them.

I’m grateful to the Waterworks Visual Art Center for hosting and curating this gorgeous show and appreciative of my fellow artists for sharing their gift and stories.
