Reflecting on 2023
This was the year of so many new beginnings and experiences, and I can’t wait to keep that momentum flowing into the new year:
JANUARY: Painted and designed my new Vale Brand Line
FEBRUARY: Launched the Vale Brand Line
MARCH: Solo exhibition @wisemanbeer and vacationed in Puerto Rico
APRIL: Released my “Feelin’ Blue” series
MAY: Had our best Spring art fair season yet and released my first Limited Edition Prints
JUNE: Had my first Artist Residency and released “The High Country Collection”
JULY: Released Canvas Reproductions and continued summer art fairs
AUGUST: Experimented with mixed media (like gold leaf and resin) for the first time and released my new series “Daydreams”
SEPTEMBER: Kicked off the crazy Fall art fair season and helped my Mom exhibit her artwork for the first time ever!
OCTOBER: Had the best Fall art fair season yet
NOVEMBER: Finished out the Fall art fair season, exhibited at my first indoor art show, and kicked off the busy holiday season
DECEMBER: Holiday madness and quality time with family

For now though, I’m feeling called to rest, and looking back at this year, I see why. These reflections on the year can be so valuable. It’s so easy to get caught up in the feeling that we need to do “more, more, more.” But I hope this New Year’s Day, you take some time for quiet reflection to be proud of, and almost more importantly, content with all you have done and all you have become.
