Ardmore Art Walk 2023 | Winston Salem, NC
We 🤍 Ardmore Art Walk!
Every year, Ardmore Art Walk reminds us why we love our home so much. This year, it felt like home more than ever before.
That’s because, not only is Ardmore Art Walk the event that inspired me to pursue art fairs full-time a little over two years ago, but it’s now the event that allowed me to exhibit alongside my mother for the first time ever. Sharing a yard with my mom, Monica Gannon, this year felt like a childhood dream come true.
The brightly colored crisp autumn leaves and adorable historic homes on tree lined streets makes for the perfect Autumn backdrop for a fine art fair.
The idea that an art fair this lovely (and this lucrative!) exists in our own neighborhood is almost too much to believe.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to our Winston Salem community for coming out in droves once again to support local artists and makers like us.
You all helped make this our best Ardmore Art Walk yet!
And thank you to the Ardmore Art Walk organizers, sponsors, hosts, and volunteers for everything you do to put on this incredible event for the community and for making this heartwarming experience possible for me and my family. 🤍
Because Ardmore Art Walk was my first ever art fair a little over two years ago, it’s acted as a benchmark for us, showing us where we’ve been and measuring for us how far we’ve come. I’ve loved seeing how my work and setup has evolved over the years, from the electric blue pop up tent and pint-sized pieces of 2021 to the bright, vibrant artwork of 2022 to the big white canopy tent and modern mixed media artwork of today. I cannot wait to see how the work and setup evolves each year to come.
Thank you again to all of our beloved Winston Salem collectors and friends. You all are what makes this event one of our very favorites year after year.
I hope to see you again at my next and last local Winston Salem event of the year, the Sayso & Friends Winter Market at Sayso Coffee on December 2nd, 9 am-2 pm. I can’t wait to see you there for a beautiful wintry day of hot coffee, local art, and holiday shopping.
