Here’s a little taste of last Friday’s Artist Reception for a/perture cinema’s “Cinema Beyond the Screen” exhibition. The exhibition was even more beautiful than I’d hoped, and it was such a pleasure to get to meet and mingle with other creatives in my area. It made me feel all the more honored to show my work beside these talented local artists.

A/perture Cinema's "Cinema Beyond the Screen" Exhibition

I’m honored to have one of my paintings displayed alongside 18 talented local artists for a/perture cinema’s “Cinema Beyond the Screen” exhibition at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts in Winston Salem from March 28th - April 28th. All work at the exhibition will be auctioned off to benefit the locally owned nonprofit treasure, a/perture cinema - an indie, foreign, and documentary cinema that celebrates art through film.
