Setting up along the Mississippi River with the aqua water at our backs and Beale Street a few blocks over, we felt like we were in a whole other world. Perhaps it’s the fact that 100% of the proceeds from the festival supports individuals with developmental disabilities via the Hope House Foundation. Perhaps it’s the kind locals and friendly fellow artists. Whatever the underlying cause, Stockley Gardens Art Festival has a way of lifting the spirits.
